We want you to be happy with your purchase. Unopened filament and accessories can be returned within 30 days. Unopened printers can be returned within 1 week. Please contact filamentdepottimmins@gmail.com before sending anything back so we can confirm the next steps.

Custom or special-order items may be final sale. If an item arrives damaged or there is a problem with your order, contact us promptly with your order details and photos where helpful. We will review each request fairly.
